Cases are logged against a primary contact and a case can have any number of secondary contacts. A contact can also be associated with multiple cases.

Multiple, configurable actions and notes can be entered against each case. These can include letters, emails, attached images and other files, and other material relevant to the case. There is also the facility to create user defined types and select their behaviour.

Affordable post code validation and address completion software is available. Our postcode check facility provides alerts when duplicate or flagged post codes are entered to help monitor suspicious activity.
