SmartResponse™ Reporting and Analysis Wizard

When talking with Consumer Services Departments, we very quickly discovered that supplying a set of standard reports would not be satisfactory, as requirements differ so much between different companies and markets.

SmartResponse includes an intuitive reporting wizard, which allows users to create reports using a step-by-step set of questions and answers.

1. Select the type of data that you want to use.

2. Select the fields that you wish to see in your report.

4. Click on finish and the customised report is displayed.

Reports created with the wizard can be saved for re-use. The report output can be previewed, printed, or exported to Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, or as text files.
