Working the Way that you do

Before we started to develop our software, we spent a lot of time talking with consumer care professionals about the way they work, and the areas of functionality that were most important to them.

We learned a lot from these conversations – the people that we spoke to were interested in an integrated package that would earn its keep very quickly, with a friendly intuitive user interface.

We also saw that we could deliver an affordable modular solution without cutting back on any of the features that that we were asked to include. We pride ourselves on our agility in responding to our clients’ needs, in order to provide them with the same quality of service that they offer to their customers.

Best of Breed

We designed SmartResponse™ using “best of breed” development tools from Microsoft. The .Net development framework for client and application software, and an industrial-strength Microsoft SQL Server or MSDE 2000 database to store data. Our software integrates extremely well with other Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Access and DataAnalyzer.

We are committed to working with our existing and future clients when moving SmartResponse™ forward.
