System Requirements
- SmartResponse™ has been designed using the Microsoft .Net Framework, and requires Pentium 3 or 4 class desktop computers with Microsoft Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows XP installed.
- Desktop users require a minimum of 128 MB of memory installed when connecting to the database on a network server. For single-user installations, where the database is also installed on the same computer, a minimum of 256 MB of memory is required.
- SmartResponse™ requires a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels.
- SmartXtract™ Data Analysis and Reporting
- When using SmartResponse™ in a multi-user configuration, users need to connect to a Server capable of running Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Standard or Enterprise Edition. Minimum recommended configuration for this server is Microsoft Windows 2000 or .Net server with at least of 512 MB of memory, and an Intel Pentium or compatible 450-megahertz (MHz) or higher processor.
